Adam and Campbell made "campbell cakes" Sunday morning. These are basically homemade pancakes with no eggs or milk. This is due to allergic Campbell boy. Vanilla soymilk is used instead and they are very good! We have come to like them much better than regular pancake mix. With lemon curd and powdered sugar. Yum.
