Easter and baby animal days

We spent Easter weekend in Boise.  Our niece, Ellie was getting baptized.
Campbell and Bronson both loved the birthday party with easter egg hunt.

Saturday morning the Easter bunny came to the cousins' house and found all 11 cousins.  Campbell was very excited to get Legos. (Whoops. That was a mistake on the Easter bunny's part... he loves them but there is a reason the age range starts at 6 or 7. Too many annoying small pieces.)  I see many many small Lego pieces in our future. Sigh.
This was also his first intro to Star Wars. Thus Adam watched the original trilogy with him this week and he is officially a Star Wars fan. A rite of passage for a little boy born between 1970 and now, right?!

Bro was just excited with the candy.

We had a great time with family and cousins! Happy Easter!

A few days before Easter weekend, we went to baby animal days over in Cache Valley with Cam and Bro's favorite girlfriends.

It was really fun and interactive.  They loved riding a pony - though waiting in line for 45 minutes was not optimal! - There were bears to behold; however the line was also very long so we opted not to see them.  In addition to seeing every baby farm animal possible, the boys also got hold chicks and bunnies.

Bronson did NOT want to give up his baby "cheep"

Ahhh cute. Why do baby animals have to grow up?

Why do KIDS have to grow up for that matter? Just love each stage...they grow and change so fast!
